Fall 2: Deadpoint: The first Fall stuck a couple of daredevil friends on top of a 2,000-foot TV tower. The sequel maroons a new pair of friends on a plank on the side of a mountain 3,000 feet up in the air. I can’t wait to see how they survive (or don’t)!
Fall 2: Deadpoint drops into theaters on September 2.

One Night Only: It’s like The Purge, but for sex. Which is to say, One Night Only is about a world in which pre-marital relations are legal for only a single night per year. Callum Turner (who’s everywhere right now) and Monica Barbaro (formerly of Lifetime’s UnREAL) play the leads.
You can see One Night Only as often as you want in movie theaters beginning on August 7.

Scary Movie (aka Scary Movie 6): My viewership of the previous entries in this lowest-common-denominator horror parody series is spotty at best. But the trailers this time are genuinely making me laugh. Plus, Anna Faris and Regina Hall are back!
Scary Movie (6) will waltz right into movie theaters on June 5.

Obsession: A guy wishes that his crush will fall in love with him, which sounds sweet, but this is a horror movie, so it probably won’t work out as well as it possibly could.

Wuthering Heights: I’ve never read the book, but the idea of Charli XCX soundtracking any classic romantic literary adaptation sounds unimpeachable to me.

Dust Bunny: A cute-looking horror pic about a little girl dealing with a monster under her bed. Bryan Fuller writes and directs, while his very own Hannibal (Mads Mikkelsen) stars as a hitman.
You can find a Dust Bunny in movie theaters on December 12.
